Venison RecipesDonated by: Three Cheese EnchiladasServes 8 1 lb Venison -- ground Mix half the Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses and set aside. Brown venison in a little salad oil in fry pan. Season with taco seasoning, then cool. Add remaining cheeses, 1/2 C picante sauce, and cumin. Put 1/2 C of mixture into each tortilla and roll up. Place seam-side down in 9X13-in greased baking pan. Top with reserved cheese and bake 30 minutes at 350-degrees. Serve with shredded lettuce, tomate, and picante sauce. |
