Venison Recipes

Chili

Serves 4

1 lb Venison -- ground
2 Cloves Garlic -- minced
1 lg Green Pepper -- diced
1 lg Onion -- diced
2 T Olive Oil
3 T Chili Powder
1 T Basil
1 T Oregano
1 tsp Cumin
1-28 oz can Diced Tomatoes
1-15 oz can Tomato Sauce
1-15 oz can Kidney Beans

Saute garlic, onions, green peppers in olive oil in a pan until lightly browned. Added venison and brown until all pink is gone. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 2 hours.
